Vo Thuy Dung (Caroline) is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of NewEdu Platform – where she brings together sharp financial leadership and a deep passion for human development to co-create a transformative education ecosystem.
As COO, she leads the platform’s overall operations and business model optimization, ensuring a seamless integration between strategy, technology, organizational structure, and learner experience.
Before co-founding NewEdu, she held multiple senior leadership roles across finance, audit, investment, and operations in diversified corporations and Big4 firms. With over 5 years as a CFO and 3 years as a CEO for multi-sector enterprises, she brings core expertise in system design, financial strategy leadership, resource governance, education management, and sustainable growth execution for scale.
Nguyen Thu Huong (Selena) is the Co-Founder and Head of R&D at NewEdu Platform, where she leads the design of innovative educational solutions that integrate behavioral science, technology, and experiential learning models to create programs that are personalized, profound, and practice-driven.
She brings over 6 years of experience in training management at Nissan Automotive Technology Vietnam, where she led internal capability-building programs for engineers and management teams.
As a certified Master NLP Practitioner & Coach (ABNLP, USA), she specializes in learning design and transformational coaching – bringing a liberating, inside-out approach to education that empowers learners to grow deeply, from mindset to action.
Tran Dinh Tung (Tony) is the Founder and CEO of NewEdu Platform – an entrepreneurial education platform on a mission to empower young people to take ownership of themselves, their careers, and their way of life.
He is currently the President of the Vietnam Society of Civil Engineers (VSCE), and is also the Founder of TRV Holdings – a comprehensive digital ecosystem for entrepreneurial education, as well as the Founder of EZCons Ecosystem – an innovation-driven network in the construction sector.
As a coach and keynote speaker, he has made significant contributions to both the education and construction industries, especially in bridging the gap between business, education, technology, and human development into one integrated, sustainable system.
At NewEdu, he is a visionary leader who shapes long-term strategy and drives the development of an agile, future-proof business model.
